The room was clean, spacious, and had a great shower. The location was wonderful. Right across the street from the MUT, which is a very trendy place to shop and close to some wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Roger, who worked at the front desk made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond helping us arrange a private tour of Valparaiso and an airport shuttle. The breakfast was delicious!
I would like to thank you for the excellent experience at this hotel, quick check-in, all the staff very attentive. Special thanks to Constanza service, more than just a reception staff, she was almost like a Premium Concierge. The restaurant is also impeccable, tasty and fresh food with a fair price for the quality. Comfortable and wonderful room, especially the amenities kit.
Everything about this hotel was great, the staff, the location, the rooms. Genaro the bartender, was amazing. Gave us great suggestions and even better drinks at the bar
