Pullman Santiago Vitacura

we stayed 6 nights over 2 short periods. The hotel is well located about 10 -15 min walk to large shopping area. Well located for easy pick up and drop offs. the hotel is spacious and has a bar/restaurant open long hours.

I had a great stay at Pullman Hotel in Vitacura, Santiago. The room provided was in a high floor with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. the hotel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood very close to many restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and parks. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Santiago.

Perfect hotel. More than good location. Managing a nightmare. I arrived around 3:00 p.m. after a long trip. While I was resting in my room, the fire alarm went off around 4:00 p.m. Since it continued to sound and the voice over the speaker instructed guests to evacuate, I got dressed, packed my backpack with documents, medication, and warm clothing, and descended 15 floors by the emergency stairs. Upon reaching the lobby, I found the hotel staff surprisingly relaxed. When I asked what was happening, they informed me it was just a drill. I had not been informed in advance — there was no notice in the room or any communication whatsoever. I submitted a formal complaint, as I was placed at unnecessary risk by being forced to evacuate under pressure and in a hurry. Although Mr. Larraín apologized and promised to enhance my stay as compensation for the distress caused, nothing was ever done. I am an All Gold member. I also left a written complaint in the guest book. Very bad experience.
