My recent stay at the Pullman Shanghai South Xuhui was excellent. The large and comfortable room provided a welcome retreat after a busy day. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness and the thoughtful amenities. The friendly staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warm and welcoming attitude, combined with their efficiency and helpfulness, created a very positive experience. The hotel's location in the Xuhui district is very convenient. It's well-situated and its proximity to the freeway made it easy to get around Shanghai. I found it to be a great base for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend the Pullman Shanghai South Xuhui for its comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and convenient location.

I made the right decision to choose Pullman Shanghai South for this trip. I did a lot of research online and on Google. The ultimate experience is beyond my expectations. The location is perfect, the hotel is elegant (5 stars), the room is clean and spacious, and the hotel staff is nice and helpful. Thank you for giving me such a great stay.

I just want to say it was extremely disappointing, and I will not stay at this hotel again. I had two separate bookings for two nights, which I confirmed with the hotel upon check-in. However, on the second day at 4 p.m., they called and forced me to change rooms. They even removed my luggage from the room without my permission. The breakfast was also very disappointing—it was the worst I’ve experienced at a Pullman hotel. Arrogant and condescending attitude.
