Exceptional service from front to back, with a well-trained staff that stands out. Just minutes from QinYuan Lake Park (沁园湖公园), making a morning jog effortless and refreshing. Convenient shuttle service to Huawei R&D, and quick access to Hongqiao transport hub and downtown Shanghai via Songze Highway. Highly recommended!
Check-in staff Grace is very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The room conditions are great. I just feel that the breakfast quality is poor, and the location is a bit far away from tourist attractions only. The 10/10 rating is solely for staff Grace. Tip: I suggest taking a taxi to Zhujiajiao Water Town; it's only 20 minutes from Pullman! It's a truly wonderful Chinese water town.
The room is quite clean, and the reception service is sweet. However, the swimming pool is quite small, massive and noisy, and the leisure centre service is poor, like a convenience store on the street. If you do need to use a swimming pool, it's better to find another place.
