Normally, I wouldn't rate hotels this highly. But I felt this place was quite worth the rating given the price. On to the review. Location: It's very close to the high speed rail station. Might be tricky to find, but there are signs from the exit. Just go towards the main entrance/exit if you are arriving via high speed rail. It's quite nice inside. Maybe the equivalent of a $250~$300/night hotel in USA. Damn people still smoked inside this building, though I believe it should have been non-smoking. Room: We were on the 51st floor. The view was great. Very clean and looks very new. We got a large, spacious room. The bathroom was quite nice and also VERY spacious. There was a big soaking tub. USB ports sprinkled throughout. Fridge worked flawlessly. Service: Quite good. We wanted to go to the top floor, the executive floor to check out the view, but we didn't "qualify" for it. However, the staff was nice enough to punch us up to that floor via the elevator. Entire staff was very polite and very helpful. Helped us with luggage when we left. Facilities: Other than our room and the executive lounge on the top floor, we didn't use the facilities. However, the overall vibe was nice and classy but not pretentious. Surrounding area: Since the high speed rail station is nearby, there is a very large food court area. It's not a fast food court. There were some cheaper eats options for sure, but there are also several sit down places where you could spend some time to enjoy your meal and relax. Overall, if I needed to stay for a week, I would PROBABLY find somewhere a bit cheaper. For us, it was about $132 USD per night. But we were using it as a transit stop before going to Shenzhen airport the next day, so one day was fine. I think if you need somewhere for a week or longer, I would spend about $100 USD/night if you like nicer facilities. Likely won't be quite as nice as Pullman, but if you go for the $50~$60 USD per night places (360~450 yuan per night), then they almost certainly won't be anywhere near as nice. It's a pretty big difference. A few days before, we stayed at the Ferris, which was also nearby. It's about $50/night, and of course, Pullman is more than double Ferris. However, the difference is NIGHT AND DAY. But if you have kids, then you know it's going to cost you anyways, and w/ Pullman, you get a nice space for the kids too. Recommended.
I stayed there at winter the checking in progress went smoothly great lobby it was very clean and spacious totally recommend the staff was very helpful, kind, professional and well mannered. It was very close to the railway station,so it was very convenient to go to the hotel.again i really recommend to stay there for a great value and facilities.
We recently stayed at the Pullman for nine nights as a couple and had a fantastic experience overall. Room & View: Our room on the 55th floor was spacious and offered an amazing view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Service: The service was great, and while there was a small language barrier, it did not impact the quality of service provided. The staff were always helpful and professional. Location: The hotel’s location was very convenient, being right near the train station, which made it easy for us to travel to Hong Kong. Breakfast: The restaurant breakfast had a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Issue: Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay (two of the nine nights), there was an issue with another guest on our floor smoking. The cigarette smell was coming through the vent, and I even woke up one night because of it. The staff apologized, but this highlights the need for stronger enforcement of non-smoking policies to prevent similar incidents. However, I do not blame the hotel for this, as it was due to another guest’s behavior. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
