I had an amazing stay experience at their lovely hotel. It was very central, in the middle of Orchard street. I loved my room. Very comfy and useful. The food and beverages were delicious. I really enjoyed the pool area. Also the Archive club was cool to spend time. The service was fine. I would recommend it!

I had a great stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Orchard Road, which made it easy to shop, eat, and explore the area. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Taufiq, who assisted us with complimentary parking and also helped to extend our check-out time. He was very professional and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I was excited to stay at this 5 star hotel and had high expectations for it - then it immediately fell through not even 10 minutes into stepping into the lobby. I feel like I am being nit picky, but for a 5 star hotel I had high expectations and standards. The lady at the front desk took way longer than it should to get me checked into a hotel. Not only did she get the dates of my stay wrong, but she seemed like she had no clue on what she was doing and was constantly checking in with another lady at the desk for more information. She seemed very unprofessional and untrained for such a simple task. I was also unimpressed by the breakfast layout for a 5 star hotel. Very little selection to choose from even thought it was buffet style. There is one row of food, 2 coffee machine, a shelf for drinks/cereal, and one shelf for some fruits and cheese. The restaurant space also seemed very small to accommodate such a large number of people, especially since it is also open to the public instead of just hotel members. The room itself was okay, but I was surprised by there being no electrical outlets in the washroom for a hair dryer. The shower also only had a partial glass covering and no door, so it was very easy for the water to get everywhere in the bathroom. The amenity kit was also very lacking for a 5 star hotel and felt like something you received from at an inn. There was a fridge but no minibar, but hey, at least they give you 2 bottle of filtered water in there for your arrival! There were also only 2 light switch options - master and washroom - which was kind of annoying as you couldn't control the entrance light separately from the main light. I enjoy my pillows soft, and I have never had a problem with hotel pillows until now. It was hard as a rock and difficult to sleep on. And after browsing through their free pillow menu, I decided to get 2 down-feather pillows delivered to my room. To my surprise, they did not have half of the said pillows on the menu "in stock" and they had to go back and check if they even had any softer pillows. Their guest service also seemed to contradict themselves, or at least had no communication with each other. I was having a headache so I ordered some over counter medication from Grab to be delivered to the hotel and have someone send it up to me. They assured me that they will bring it up as I was feeling unwell to go all the way down and get it myself. After 10 minutes of waiting, I called the front desk again and they told me that I had to go down to get my medication as they do not do room service for outside orders. There was no communication from their end to me that they had received my item, and if it wasn't for me calling again I probably wouldn't have gotten my items until next day. I feel like compared to other 5 star hotels I have stayed at, the standards here feel very low and didn't give me the experience I wished to have. It looks fancy on the outside, but that's about it. If I had to visit Singapore again, I would not choose this hotel. The amount I spent to stay here was just not justifiable, and I wished I had booked to stay somewhere else instead.
