Pullman Stuttgart Fontana

We stayed at this hotel for a month, and it was a great experience. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything is clean and modern. Two out of the three elevators are new. We stayed on the 13th floor and had no issues, despite concerns mentioned in other reviews. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our daughter came down with a stomach bug during our stay, and the staff brought broth and bread to our room and recommended a pharmacy that was open on weekends. Manager Eva was especially helpful and answered all our questions. Housekeeping could be improved—on a few occasions, we had to call the front desk to request new robes, shampoo, or trash pickup. Breakfast was delicious, and the food at both the restaurant and the bar was excellent. The location is ideal: just a one-minute walk to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and bus stations. There’s a playground and plenty of stores nearby—everything you need is right there. The pool and sauna are well-maintained, and the massages and facials are a wonderful way to relax after long days of travel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and plenty of amenities, swimming pool closes at 10pm which great also had spa. Breakfast buffet was good plenty of options to choose from. There is underground car parking which costs €21 a day. There are few pay and display parking spots just outside the hotel. It is a proper 4 star hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. We had lovely stay and would highly recommend.

1.Temperature was around 5 degrees at night and the suite was cold we couldn't sleep till we called reception to provide heater. 2. Phone inside the suite was not working and it was addressed from first night and nobody came to fix it we had to use our own mobile everytime we needed to call reception 3- no house keeping service were giving to us although we asked for it and we were in the suite not any standard room.
