Pullman Sydney Airport

Had a really lovely and comfortable stay for one night before our flight. The dinner and breakfast were good. Delicious cocktails made by friendly and attentive barman. Check-in and out were friendly and efficient, we had several questions answered promptly. Best of all, the room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the views from the floor to ceiling windows were great if you’re a plane spotter like me. The double-glazing meant the traffic 12 floors down, and the aircraft taking off were well insulated and we slept like logs. By the way, they have an electric scale to weigh your luggage if you’ve gone overboard with the souvenirs 🤭 Great stay!

From the moment we arrived at Pullman Sydney Airport, the experience was exceptional. The concierge service, particularly from Jen and Bella, was a standout – warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and offered thoughtful local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was immaculate – spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect night’s sleep after a long journey. I loved the floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows, which not only showcased stunning airport and city views but also kept the room whisper-quiet despite the proximity to the runway. The bathroom lighting added a stylish and luxurious touch, and the entire space felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. Throughout the hotel, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and clearly dedicated to providing a top-tier guest experience. Pullman Sydney Airport exceeded my expectations – we’ll definitely be back next time we have a connecting flight in or out of Sydney

I had a 3 nights stay here. I felt like the check in at the reception wasnt very wel coming, there wasnt a nice greetings, just a boring hi and hello, not as good as compared to other hotels where they do professional greetings and wel coming customers. The room was nice and clean and very modern too. We had pretty good view for the kids to look around. The break fast was the most amazing thing i enjoyed while staying there. Plenty of food to eat and the coffee was fantastic my wife and i enjoyed the coffee since we are coffee lovers. The service at the kitchen was awesome. Those girls working at the break fast area were fantastic when it comes to service. The only thing i didint want to mention here was i saw a cockroach on the kitchen table around the plates but i hope the managment will take care of the cleanliness especially in the kitchen. Parking: if you have a car then parking is the 1st thing you worry after check in. There are not many parking spots belong to Pullman hotel, there are few parking spots on level 3 but if you come abit late at night all the parkings are occupied. There are parking spots where they are for small cars only. Overall, i enjoyed staying there. I will stay here for my next holiday to Sydney.
