Our seven year-old daughter, enjoyed the hotel and the food and beverage on the executive level as did her parents. The hotel is located in a quiet area amongst office buildings. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel But no retail shopping to speak of which didn't really bother us. There's also a well stocked supermarket called Life supermarket a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful throughout the hotel Including the executive Lounge. Our room on the eighth floor was well appointed and thoughtfully laid out.
Our recent stay on June 13, 2025, was truly delightful from start to finish. Despite arriving early, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready for us, making for an incredibly smooth check-in process thanks to the accommodating Thai staff member (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me!). He went above and beyond, even helping us arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel upon checkout – a thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated. Our suite was nothing short of fantastic! We particularly loved the expansive window, which offered a wonderful view and made the room feel incredibly bright and open. The executive lounge was another highlight. We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Ms. Youngah Kim, the Executive Lounge Manager. The evening cocktail spread was impressive, with a fantastic selection of food and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already looking forward to our next visit!
The whole building complex is very well maintained including the rooms that made it so hard to believe that the hotel started operating since 2018. I'm also very impressed by the soundproofing, it's literally pure silence throughout the night which gives a perfect sleep. Though breakfast variety is the same everyday, but quality & the taste is great. All the staffs were so friendly as compared to other hotels in the city. Location is so well connected with a few metros and 1 stop away from the express airport monorail station. Perfect for travellers that prefer the contemporary 5 star hotels.
