A top notch hotel with well appointed rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. All facilities are new and in tiptop conditions. The toilet facilities are all working well and the air conditioning was perfect. The reception hall is very grand and spacious while the restaurant has good ambiance.
This hotel is excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are extremely clean, and well furnished. Their friendly staff were able to help me with any requests, and were able to speak English. Hebe was especially helpful in making sure I had a great stay, and helped direct me to some of the interesting spots in Weifang. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially to travellers who don't speak Chinese well.
Issues during check in at the front desk as they claimed that my booking had no breakfast as their system is not reflecting of it. After insistence, they took a screenshot of the booking details on my all app which shows with breakfast and gave me the breakfast. No upgrade for platinum member as occupancy rate was high during my stay Property is older with signs of aging apparent. Breakfast spread was good and had quality. Staff are overall, friendly and tries their best.
