My husband and l have a very wonderful 5 nights at the Wenzhou Pullman. We're very well informed of how we get to the hotel through email from Assistance Manager-Vincent before our arrival as well as during our 5 night's stays. Everything we wanted were provided. Everyone at the hotel that we encounter make our stay 100% satisfied Especially all the staffs at the reception namely Aliee; Candis and Tom. Thank you very much Pullman Wenzhou!
Beyond my expectations! The room is very spacious, mordern and clean. And the breakfast buffet offer a wide variety of delicious food . Will definitely visit again next time in Wenzhou!
All staffs are still friendly. Thanks for Vincent help me to book the room, thanks Echo in lobby bar prepare the good coffee also in executive lounge. They change the lounge style but still provide full menu which is much more flexible. I like it. There are more tour group check in here. There are more competition to Wenzhou city. However, till today, Pullman is still the best away from city cross the river. At least they keep the room condition much more than acceptable after 10 years.
