I had a pleasant 5-night stay at this resort-style hotel in Wulingyuan. The arrival experience was smooth, with a quick check-in process. Staff spoke English, which made things easy and welcoming. The room, while a bit dated, was well-maintained and had all the amenities you’d expect from a premium hotel. The bed was firm and comfortable, offering restful nights throughout my stay. Breakfast featured a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. That said, I’ve had more flavorful Chinese breakfasts at other hotels. Communication with the reservation team was excellent, especially with Smile Wu, who provided prompt and helpful responses both before and after my stay. Her assistance made the overall experience even more seamless. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute Didi ride to the East Gate of the Avatar Mountains, and close to a local supermarket in Wulingyuan. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for those looking to explore the area with comfort and convenience.

I had a comfortable three-day stay, thanks to the overall peaceful atmosphere, clean and well-maintained room conditions, and the courteous, attentive staff. The hotel was pleasantly uncrowded, which made the experience even more relaxing.

It's a huge hotel catering for big tourist group. Staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good. Down side is, rooms are dated, our twin bedded room doesn't come with a bathtub. Hair dryer and electric kettles are both cranky. Room air cond was not working, to be precise there's zero air coming out from the air cond. We were too tired to request for a change of room, just left the sliding room slightly ajar for fresh air since the outside temperature was in the mid twenties. Also our room was facing the front so the noise from the next door theatre can be heard clearly, very noisy and disturbing till 11pm. Despite it being a 5star hotel, only 1x 40ml body lotion was provided 😰
