Pulse Grande Hotel

I had a lovely stay at Grande Pulse Hotel. My room was impressively spacious, with a private balcony where smoking is allowed — perfect for relaxing while enjoying some fresh air. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to rest. A nice touch was the buggy car service that took us from the lobby to the car park — very convenient! Although my room didn’t include breakfast, it wasn’t an issue since there’s a cozy coffee place right at the lobby (opens at 10am) serving a delicious cappuccino and freshly baked croissants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Okay, I booked this hotel for 1 night. Not many people during the weekend, so it’s peaceful. Buggy is provided from the parking area. The night view is beautiful. Food Food is okay—not bad. Location Location is also okay. There's a nice place nearby to walk, like a taman (park), good for a relaxing stroll. Room Room looks quite old, so don’t expect much unless you book the presidential suite, maybe that one is better. My room had poor drainage in the shower, water stayed there quite long. TV looks old, and toiletries were very minimal. Maybe can add some decorations to make the room feel fresher. Facilities Swimming pool is okay, just not very clean.. hope they can improve that. Overall, okay stay. Good enough for a short trip.

Stayed for 5 days meeting package. Concierge did fantastic job and the most awaited meals is actually the tea break coz the food was very appetizing. Lunch was ok, on the 2nd day onwards lunch was just fruits and soup as the other dishes were ok but nothing to shout about. On those 5 day, always waiting for Aishah to make her very delicious teh tarik. Hopefully I get to taste her teh tarik again in the future. Rooms were ok, some days you put Make Up Room but no Room service provided. During my stay, staff only cleaned my room 1 time. It was ok as I usally make up the bed before going out.
