The hotel is far away from 4 stars hotel. Maybe it's far from 3 stars... There is no Wi-Fi in all rooms and if there are many people on the reception floor there is a message ' .. you have reached maximum allowed users...'. The explanation was that people have many devices - mobiles, tablets, etc.. There are only two elevators with max 240 kg. (3 people) capacity, so you can imagine how I felt together with 200 people in the hotel (My room was on the 6th floor. I have a small child.) when only one elevator was working. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, indeed.
