We had an amazing stay here. The breakfast was AMAZING, the best of our entire trip! The service was top notch! I asked if we could take some food from the buffet, as we had to leave before breakfast the next day, and they offered to have a to-go breakfast ready for us to leave at 5am! The place was also spotless! It is a little outside of the city center in a quiet neighborhood, but it was still very doable. We will stay here again if we come back to Zagreb.

Impressive hotel fully decorated in antique stile, including the rooms! Lots of parking space. Amazing breakfast. Lovely staff. Fully recommended. There is a tram station in less than 10 mins walking, that goes straight to the city center. There is also a bus that connects the hotel and the tram station.

Great location, close to the metro connection to the centre of Zagreb and as a big plus for the location it's on the foot of the mountain. You can take the metro two stations uphill and from there you can take a brand new cable car to the top of the mountain. This gives you a great view. The cable car takes you form an altitude of 275m to 1030m in a 5km long ride. The staff of this hotel is super friendly and they go the extra mile for you. You can ask them anything. Rooms are big and very clean! Plenty of choice at breakfast. They also have a nice restaurant next to it where you can have local meals. The hotel has a lot of historical paintings all over the place. Rumours say more than 1000 paintings. If you enter this hotel you might have the feeling that you enter a Castle. If we ever go back to Zagreb we will not even look for another hotel.
