Had a great stay with our family (6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) at Pure Lermoos. Beautiful views, nice garden, high quality apartment with everything you need, excellent hospitality, nice swimming pool + wellness, skiing services nearby. Definitely a place to come back and recommend!
Superb place. Beautiful apartments, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and with amazing views. Very nice wellness area. Everyone at reception is very helpful. The washing machines are an added bonus on a long trip.
amazing view and the location was magnificent but the service was very bad which made me not to come back again, the treatment was like you are not welcome here, they ignore customers request. The woman at the reception was really strict she dont want to help and to listen to you, what ever in her mind she will do it, even for the breakfast if you didnt fill the form you will not have it. The housekeeper will not come to clean the apartment until the madam satisfied with you. Bad experience,
