Pura Nakhon Hotel

The hotel is nice but not new equipment, in particular the air conditioner is already humming like a barge on the move. No cable TV like other hotels. The staff is lovely and very smiling. I can recommend taking rooms with windows to the courtyard. There is a mini balcony. And try to ask for an extra points pillow.

I booked a suite room , the room was nice ,the bathroom was clean and spacious but if you wanted a comfortable shower you need to need on the floor also I had to ask for shower gel which was only half filled to cover 2 people for multiple days as the cleaning staff didn’t check every day the breakfast was a very basic ala-cart menu better to eat outside. If you are a foreigner and don’t speak conversational Thai forget about communication Otherwise the hotel was what I paid for

+ Clean facilities + Fancy lobby (but don't be deceived) - Hard, uncomfortable beds - Curtains let in way too much sunshine - No hand soap in the bathroom - Noisy meeting room on floor below at 7am - Air conditioning won't keep steady temperatures (cold, hot, cold, hot) - No Do-Not-Disturb signs (being bothered by housekeeping) - No microwave or coffee ---- Live freaking band playing late at night! Did I rent a room at a concert or a hotel?! I am baffled at how a hotel could possibly be ok with a live band playing in the hotel at full concert volume at 11:30pm! Totally unacceptable, unprofessional behavior! Talked to management 3 different times, and kept being told "20 more minutes". They even had clowns running around in the lobby! And then drunk people literally screaming and honking in the parking lot. Worst. hotel stay. Ever!
