Lovely hospitality by the staff!! The spa experience was wonderful! The staff has such a warm smile all the time. The food and the overall experience is amazing! One single call and the work gets done! The property is beautiful and located centrally. However, due to traffic congestion, it can become slightly overwhelming.
A wonderful stay at Puri Sarasawati Dijiwa Ubud. The villas have a wonderful and private porch area and the inside of the villa is modern, very clean and air conditioned. Mosquitos are well controlled by the nightly incense by the door and the daily breakfast is right next to the Water Palace. so beautiful. Starbucks is right on the corner and there are fantastic restaurants and massage places within walking distance. Pool was great too! Perfect for families or a romantic getaway. The staff are first rate!!!

The hotel is located right beside the iconic Saraswati Temple and lotus pond, which makes every morning feel like a scene from a postcard. You can hear the sound of the gamelan in the evenings, adding to the magical ambiance.
