Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak

Fantastic location in the heart of Seminyak very close to the beach and also main shopping area areas Rooms unfortunately we’re a bit less than my expectation and disappointed to see that instead of fresh towels I just had my wet ones folded to use again The bathroom especially is very tired with the tiling and general maintenance could do with a bit of work Service of the staff was pretty great, especially the concierge at the front entrance to welcome you however on a rainy day the hotel had no umbrellas to walk to the sections of the hotel which I found unusual as there were people around the hotel who had the hotel umbrellas which apparently were in some rooms and not others something small however when it’s pissing down with rain and you want to go to your room without getting drenched This would’ve been expected. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Nothing exciting so skipped breakfast most days. Good location and I think with a few maintenance updates could be much better

The hotel is quite outdated. The bed linens and towels are very old and heavily worn. There’s visible mold on the bathroom walls, and the water in the bathroom is extremely salty, which made showering uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was poor, and overall cleanliness was below standard. The only positives were the beautiful garden and the hotel’s proximity to the ocean. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again

Don't waste your money here. Absolutely old building without any lift! Rooms smelly, bathroom always wet, very dangerous with big potential slip/fall. The salty water when you shower or brush your teeth. And really bad manner of receptionist. REALLY BAD!!! Don't spend your money here. Find many better real 4 stars hotels in seminyak beach.
