Absolutely incredible. If I could give six stars on service I would. Beautiful area and in a quiet section Ubud mostly untouched by large scale tourism. Spacious villa beautiful private area. What is unique about this place is there is a small occupancy, which allows the staff to really five you more personalized attention, the staff here was the some if the friendliest warmest people I have encountered, it almost feels like are taking you into their home. The most beautiful outside space, no noise except the natural animals sounds which was lovely. Amazing pool, gardens maintained to a very high standard Rooms are a really good size, but some updating is needed. And a deep clean is needed in most areas. Amazing though it is is have an open roof in the bathrooms, this does mean lots of bites if you need to use in the night Very comfy beds and good very air-conditioning. Comfy chairs needed in villa with kitchen and a TV for relaxing when you've had a long day. Staff are lovely and attentive but a little overbearing at times, but that was just our view. The villas driver was expensive, so find your own driver like we did. He was so informative and helped with our planning, not easy for a three generation family. The villa is 20-40 minutes in a car into Ubud depending on the time of day, not a problem for us. Ubud town is amazing, excellent food, and we loved the markets. Location is good for Bali zoo etc.
