We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful with all your needs, requests etc. Price is more than fair. Pets friendly. Restaurant is great. SPA was nice as well.
Great place to relax for a couple of days. Less busy on weekdays. But even on the weekend (in summer) it didn't really feel overcrowded (both spa and the hotel itself)
Not a fan! We started with a lovely lunch at Tertulia, their great restaurant. They were friendly to give us an earlier check in and rooms next to each other as we requested. However we found 2 big bugs on our bedroom terraces. This is a spa hotel but they didn’t tell us you need a cap to enter the spa. You can buy them but for 5€ pp. we were 4 people so it would be an extra 20€ to enter the spa. Children can only enter on 4 hours and once we had caps and were inside the spa only the swimming pool was accessible for the children. I spoke the front desk about lack of information and they told me I received this info by mail. I checked again and the caps weren’t mentioned but when I asked them again by mail they never responded… overall it’s a hotel that attempts to be higher class but service, facilities and hygiene isn’t there (yet?)
