Putrajaya Marriott Hotel

Unfortunately the lifts were down upon check in and we had to travel with service lifts. The carpets along corridor were wet and had an unpleasant stench which they attempted to dry. Overall the stay was comfortable. Room for king size bed was huge for 2 pax! Enjoyed the comfortable stay still. Hotel cafe food were decent. Service to facilitate for check in can be improved especially when large crowd can be anticipated

A bit disappointed during our stay. The hotel has potential, but cleanliness and hospitality fell short of expectations. The room was decent, but some areas didn’t feel well-maintained. Service could’ve been warmer too. Location is great and the hotel has good facilities, but overall experience didn’t quite match the Marriott standard I was hoping for.

Room was okay, a bit outdated but still comfortable. I like their resort elements as well, such as a wide swimming pool, archery and badminton games. However, I’d like to point out that receptionist Staff Phoenix wasn’t professional at all, such as a poor handling of TnG parking ticket validation and a lack of apology and respect when I returned for explanation. It was only resolved when her colleague stepped in to solve the problem (an Indian, bespectacled tall guy). Much to be trained. Breakfast is good, security guard I encountered are all friendly except the above debacle.
