Pyramisa Beach Resort Hurghada Sahl Hasheesh

This hotel was such a great experience! Definitely one of the best in my entire life! People are so friendly here, and they do activities everyday which is a lot of fun. The food is also really good and a lot to choose from! The beach is amazing and clear blue! Nothing to complain about this! 10/10 ✨

Beautifully located hotel, about 45 minutes from Hurghada. Sandy beach with clean water, corals, and plenty of colorful fish for snorkeling. Safe and very kids-friendly, with lots of animation activities. Huge pool with a kids’ area, plus spa, gym, pharmacy, market, and other services within the complex. Food is good, desserts are excellent with a wide variety. Evening entertainment every day – dancing, music, and more. Despite its size, the hotel never feels crowded and everything is well organized. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to communicate with even if their English isn’t perfect.

At first, everything was fine. The food was okay, although it was the same every day. WiFi - they have it but it’s not working. The cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The people who clean are the only positive in this hotel, and they are really working their jobs. However, two days before the end of our stay, we saw a lizard in our room. When we called the reception, they said they would send someone, but no one showed up for 20 minutes until I went to the reception myself and asked what the problem was and why no one was coming.. Rating: 0/5. Update: Next day we have again lizard in our room. Nobody from reception came for 30 minutes, we saw some guy accidentally who is working here (but he was not send to clean lizard from our room) and ask him to clean the room and move lizard from our room. Rating -10000000/10. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want to feel like you are in ZOO .
