Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague

We had an amazing stay at the Pytloun Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their professionalism and genuine friendliness. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the service at the bar was top-notch — attentive, friendly, and always welcoming. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Whether we were exploring nearby sights or grabbing a bite to eat, we loved the convenience and vibrant surroundings. Our room was stylish and the bed incredibly comfortable — perfect after long days of walking. While the air conditioning wasn't the strongest, the room had plenty of large windows to let in fresh air, and the staff quickly brought us a fan when we requested one, which made a big difference. A special mention for the complimentary tapas selection at the bar served from 1600-1800 for hotel guests. It was a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more welcoming and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic boutique experience. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Stayed here for four nights. I ended up extending my stay in Prague and switched to a different room at this hotel, and honestly, I’m glad I did. From the beginning, the staff were kind, attentive, and thoughtful in a way that made everything easier. Special thank to Marketa, not just for helping me check in early when I extended my stay (and had to change rooms), but for the way she handled everything with such warmth and patience. She had this calm, reassuring way of listening and immediately understanding what kind of help or suggestion I needed. Her recommendation to visit Karlštejn Castle was exactly the kind of experience I didn’t know I was looking for. She also helped me to plan the train travel there. She had a gift for reading what each guest might enjoy, and offering just the right kind of support without ever being pushy. Nicolas and Veronika were also lovely throughout, helpful, had nice smiles, good sense of humor and just genuinely good at making guests feel comfortable. Putting personal impressions aside, objectively, the room I stayed in had a bathtub and a small balcony, and I really enjoyed sitting out there, personally I preferred the side facing the little garden behind the hotel (not street or plaza side). The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was great. I came alone, but I think it would be just as nice for families too (I booked a family room and there was a toy bear). I already loved Prague, loved Czech, and this place quietly became one of the reasons I’ll remember the trip so fondly.

The location is unbeatable, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is both modern and welcoming. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality and professionalism of the hotel manager. She went above and beyond to ensure all guests felt valued and comfortable, always paying close attention to detail and greeting everyone with a warm smile. We also want to highlight the breakfast, which was another high point of our visit. The selection was abundant and varied, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and thoughtful options to suit every preference. The attentive and friendly service in the breakfast room made the mornings especially enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!
