Location is great in the center, there is also an indoor mall parking near by that I used for free for the weekend and didn't have to deal with the car covered in snow. Rooms are OK - looks new except for the TV. The room also had an iron and an ironing board which is a nice option that you don't often see. It's self-checkin which I don't really like; it should be done beforehand on the app or something. Also they ask for a 2000 Kč refundable deposit, but when I entered it the check-in screen gave an error, so I tried 2 more times before calling the reception who processed my check-in and gave me the access card, and told me that the refundable deposit is not necessary, to find out later it was deducted 3 times from my bank card 😅 I'm sure it will be refunded in a couple of days... Breakfast is disappointing, very few choices and it's very small buffet... don't take it if you have the option.

I would classify this hotel as “better” 3star rather than 4 star. It is quite weathered and it would deserve some soft refurbishment at least. Our room was clean but with few not really nice details such cold heater system (it was full of air so I just opened the valve to remove the air and it started working - i guess this shouldn’t be done by hotel guest), bathroom sink had blocked drainage etc… also since it is self check in you don’t have much chance to contact somebody… you can call to their other hotel reception but do you time for that? Also it is located in office building so it gives you a bit cold atmosphere not what you expect from hotel… anyway for 140dollars we expected bit more… fair price for this experience would be up to 100dollars maximum. Breakfast was good, mattresses were firm and with good selections of pillows, self check in works good but as I said… in 4star I expect more.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had... I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Hotel was so appalling I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I checked in, it was clear this hotel has no concept of cleanliness, professionalism, or basic hospitality standards. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by white stains at the side of the bed and black hair from a stranger right on the bedding — utterly disgusting and unforgivable for any establishment claiming to be a hotel. The walls were filthy and damaged, with marks, scrapes, and peeling areas everywhere. Broken lightbulbs and LEDs and dark TV even on max brightness left parts of the room dim and depressing, and to make things worse, I discovered a live wire sticking out from underneath the bed — a legitimate safety hazard that should never be present in a guest room. As if that wasn’t enough, the front desk was practically non-existent. I saw someone at the reception counter a total of three times during my entire stay, and even then, they were glued to their pc watching YouTube instead of doing their jobs. There was zero information provided about the hotel services, restaurant hours — nothing. I had no idea how to even find my room number when checking in. The restaurant reservation system is a complete scam. I booked and paid for two meals in advance, only to arrive and be told no reservation existed. No apology, no assistance, no refund and as of now no response to my follow-up complaint... Outrageous! The original room they gave me was literally inside the breakfast room area, meaning no privacy when going out early and constant noise early in the morning. The state of that room forced me to downgrade to a lesser room, but of course, they still charged me for the original booking. There was no elevator access to the upper rooms, and carrying luggage up several flights of narrow stairs was a struggle, especially when the hotel staff is nowhere to be found. This hotel is a disorganized, unhygienic, and a dangerous mess. I genuinely cannot believe this place is allowed to operate under these conditions. Avoid this place at all costs, there are far better and safer options elsewhere. Zero stars if I could. PS. The internet was kinda good tho
