Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial

My stay at Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial in Liberec was a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, stylish atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The location is excellent – right in the heart of Liberec, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was spacious, very clean, and uniquely decorated with artistic touches that made it feel both elegant and cozy. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, the high-quality bathroom amenities, and the large windows that offered a great view of the city. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay – rich, tasty, and with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The hotel also offers secure parking and a nice outdoor terrace for relaxing moments. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liberec. It combines great design, comfort, and high-quality service in a central location. I would definitely return here on my next trip.

This is an amazing hotel. The people are the most kind you can Imagine. The sales director Alexandra and her husband Jisi, and Vojta from the reception are so very helpful. They arranged my taxi rides to the nearby Buddhist temple, they helped with bying gifts. Their warmheartedness exceeds the beautiful furniture of the hotel. The restaurant offeres georgeous food and they serve delicious non-alcoholic beer. I will come back for sure! All the best wishes for this wonderful hotel and all staff members.

Good hotel with hygiene problems. Location is ok, off the center towards the motorway. Not pretty but useful. Rooms are really small but well appointed. But nowadays the rooms get cleaned every THREE days and this is frankly unacceptable especially because customers are not informed. Earlier cleaning costs 8€/day so you have to sleep in your sweaty liners for three nights. I have seen many things in my travels but this is topping it. Breakfast ok, I have seen better and worse. Service acceptable.
