Stayed here for 3 nights and the location is absolutely perfect, a charming hotel close to the old bridge. At our arrival we had some issues with parking which on the site we booked said they had, but because of some filming(?) at the place it was no longer available when we arrived. Bigi and a new receptionist helped us search for the next best option and after a lot of brainstorming we came to a solution and they were both really helpful and beyond nice. So the staff definitely get 5 stars for their service :) The carpet in the room had bleach stains which wasn’t very charming but the bathroom was a good size, the bed was clean and comfortable and had a fan which was very much needed at night. Very happy with this trip and would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay at Pytloun Kampa Garden! The view from the balcony was stunning, the location on Kampa Island is peaceful and beautiful, and the staff were kind. Special thanks to Simona for all her help in the kitchen—she made our mornings extra special. A cozy, must-visit hotel in Prague!

Mediocre hotel. Amenities are not up to the 4-star standard. The breakfast had a poor selection and trays were already empty by 9:30. We found a fuzzy substance (mold?) in the chia pudding (!). They gave us a room on the 4th floor, with small windows (the view was nice) and incredibly hot by May standards. There is no air conditioning so I cannot fathom staying here during the summer. The room itself could use a renovation, the carpet was old and stained, and the bathroom was ample but the amenities were tiny (very small shower stall even for us 1.6m people). The elevator was out of order for the whole 3 nights we were there unfortunately. Our room was only cleaned once, so the other day we had to chase a poor cleaning lady to give us clean towels and toilet paper. Lastly, the terrace could have made me forget all the other shortcomings. Alas, it is neglected. So my unsolicited advice is to make the terrace nicer! Keep it open after 22:00, put some lights and make it a thing, all the restaurants along the canal had the same view so it makes sense. Probably will not return unless some work is done here.
