A perfect trip! We have arrived back home after a wonderful 3 night stay at Olivier & Sophie’s beautiful boutique hotel. Before our arrival Olivier was really helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do in the city. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, every room has been decorated to a phenomenal standard and there are plenty of chill out areas to relax, we especially loved the roof top after a busy day exploring the city! Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and the staff are so friendly. Olivier & Sophie were always on hand to answer any questions or to simply to have a chat with, fantastic hosts! We honestly wouldn’t change a thing, we loved our stay with you and can’t wait to return again soon! Thank you for making our trip to Sevilla so memorable 💫 Best Wishes, Natalie & Russell Jones

From the moment of arrival, our one week stay at Pajaro Revelde was luxurious and a place of oasis in beautiful Seville. All prior communication was very easy with Olivier, who also provided some great restaurant recommendations (definitely book Espacio Eslava). We got greeted with a glass of cava and given a tour of the house. It is as stunning as the pictures make out - beautifully designed with so many little breakout areas for relaxing. We really loved coming back from the buzz of the city into the quite and bird sounds of the courtyard. We stayed in the twin room. Huge spacious open planned room with double wardrobes and a luxurious walk in bathroom (really loved the Body Shop products). Plenty of plugs around the beds for your phone, etc. It was also lovely to return back to a clean and tidied room each day. Breakfast was all fresh, tasty produce. Mixture of yougart, fruits, bread, sweet treats, eggs cooked how you like, salmon and ham. Tea station and a nespresso machine so you could always help your self but the lady who served us each morning was always super attentive. My partner had a nut allergy and was completely catered for. The honesty bar is a great feature, but even more so was having a fridge in the reception area with ice and filtered water (including sparkling). Just a little luxury that you wouldn’t get in a hotel. We had a few cocktails some evenings before heading out made by Olivier or Sophia - again, just a lovely service they offer to make your stay feel special. Sunsets from the rooftop are stunning. The pool is a real treat. I was worried that it might be chilly or not in the sun - but the whole of the courtyard is a sun trap and pool temperature was perfect. I had the massage when there - very reasonably priced and great way to unwind from touring the city. Despite having a few other guests there, Pajaro never felt busy or felt you had to fight for a sunbed etc. All in all, a real gem of a find (and I did a lot of looking at accommodation in Seville!) It’s perfectly situated- you feel like you’re living where locals live, yet it’s only a 15 minute stroll into the centre of the city. We could enjoy all the buzz and action of a city break alongside having lazy pool days reading a book. Wouldn’t hesitate in a second returning!

Sophie and the rest of the staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. Several days before our arrival, Sophie reached out to confirm the details and to advise on local tourism options. When my sister and I arrived (jet lagged) before check in, we waited in the stunning courtyard while a late breakfast was prepared for us. Afterwards, Sophie offered us an upgraded room with 2 beds so we would be more comfortable (I had only booked us a room with a queen size and we would have had to share a bed) These efforts combined with the ambience, the honesty fridge and comfortable finishes made for an unforgettable stay. The location is central and accessible. The room was well equipped and there’s even a lift - if you have too much baggage like we did.
