Q Box Hotel Bangkok Blossom

We stayed here for a week. It was fantastic. The room is very large and well equipped with all amenities you need. If you love a duplex, this is one of the best in Bangkok. I highly recommended all travelers to stay here. Max gratitude towards Khun Ta & Ian the Manager of offering a 5-star hospitality service to us.

I stayed at SureStay by Best Western Hotel Bangkok – Raminthra for 3 nights, and the front desk team truly made my stay unforgettable. I want to especially praise Ian and the incredible women at the reception desk. Even though I only met Ian on the last day of my stay, he went out of his way to bring a microwave to my room so I could heat up my food, and get some work done overnight. That kind of thoughtful and proactive service deserves to be recognized. Not only did he help with that, but we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes about Thai culture, places to see, and things to experience. It was such a warm and genuine interaction. The lead female staff member at the desk was also an absolute gem, so sweet and helpful. She assisted me with a late check-out and even helped warm up food for me since my original room didn’t have a microwave. It’s this level of care and attentiveness that makes people want to come back, and when I return to Bangkok, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Impeccable front desk service. They deserve praise, raises, and all the kudos in the world. Such sweet people who made my stay truly pleasant.

The hotel generally makes a good overall impression. Unfortunately, the balcony is a bit noisy due to the traffic. I would be happy to have another TV in the bedroom (509). The washing machine didn't quite do its job, but the handymen who were called did a good job. The breakfast was good, but the orange juice could be better. Otherwise, everything was of a good overall standard. Structurally, I found the bathroom to be very small in relation to the living room and bedroom.
