Q Hotel Grand Cru Gdańsk

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. Both the hotel room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a room with a balcony, which added a nice touch and filled the space with natural light. The room and towels had a pleasant fragrance and felt fresh, which was a lovely detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the receptionist (I am sorry I did not get your name, but you know who you are :)) went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was amazing. There was a wide variety of healthy food options (different types of eggs, cold meats, fruits, juices, yoghurts, various types of overnight soaked seeds, a large collection of pickled vegetables, all sorts of tea with fresh syrup with ginger/turmeric and so on), and I appreciated the beautiful presentation of the dishes as well as the inviting atmosphere. The service in the breakfast area was also outstanding. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gdansk! It's a small issue, but I don't think the hotel can do much about it. The road in front of the hotel can become quite dirty when it rains, which distracts from the overall pleasant atmosphere. However, once you step inside, you'll quickly forget about it!

Our stay at Q Hotel Grand Cru Gdańsk from August 2, 2024, to August 5, 2024, was an excellent experience. We were a family of two adults and one child, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. Breakfast The breakfast was outstanding, offering a huge variety of choices every morning. From lovely scrambled eggs to smoked fish, there were different cooked options each day. We especially appreciated the organic food, the variety of meats, vegetables, and the fresh juice. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was evident that the staff took great pride in their service. Staff and Service The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Location The hotel is perfectly located, just a 2-minute walk from the main promenade and only 5 minutes from the World War II Museum. This made exploring Gdańsk extremely convenient. Facilities Parking was available right opposite the hotel for 70 zloty per day, which was very convenient for us. Our room was super clean and spacious, featuring an amazing walk-in shower and a very comfortable mattress. While the kid's bed could have been a bit better, it was still acceptable. Overall Overall, we highly recommend Q Hotel Grand Cru Gdańsk. If we return to Gdańsk, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. The only minus is a partially transparent door to the bathroom. It was weird to do your things when your friend can see you from the other side.
