We have just returned from a 2 week stay. Perfect hotel in a perfect location. The food was beautiful and always served with a smile. The staff where so very pleasent and would do anything for you. One waiter Joseph never failed to make us laugh, we miss your smile. Thankyou for the gift of homemade jam that was so very kind of you all. We certainly would recommend this hotel for your stay. We have stayed at the hotel and had a few small issues with noise from guests and room, but the manager and team have been incredibly kind and helpful, sorting things out promptly. (Very friendly staff). It is a nice-looking hotel with nice size rooms and great views. The waiting staff have been brilliant and the food is very pleasant. A good selection at breakfast, which keeps you going for the day. The hotel is well placed and comfy. I would like to thank the manager for his kindness and friendly conversation.

Wonderful experience, great location and a tremendously hard-working and accommodative staff. All of them spoke great or very good English and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our week in Kitzbuhel. The Q is just a short walk to the cable car and couldn't be more convenient.
