The hotel, the rooms, the garden, the pool and the beach are very nice. Unfortunately, the service is not worthy of a 5-star hotel. There were three of us in the hotel room, but the towel set was already prepared twice on the first day. It is true that we did not complain about it, but on the first day the cleaner saw that three people were staying in the room, but still did not replace the missing towel. The standard of cleaning is adequate. The buffet is plentiful, with many types of food, but unfortunately the seasoning is monotonous. But this may be my fault, because I like spicy flavors. The restaurant service is very low. You have to constantly ask for cutlery because they do not replace it. The tables remain dirty after being cleared. You can see from the waiters that they are disorganized. There is no coordination. (I would like to have an idea how to organize this professionally. If the management is interested, please contact us.) We had a Turkish national dinner in the a la carte restaurant. They didn't change the plates or cutlery between courses. There were three of us here too. The hangers were brought out on a flat plate. It wasn't clear to us whether it was a portion or if we had to take it from the plate in front of us that we had already eaten from. Finally, we asked the waiter, and he said it was shared. We didn't get any spoons all evening to use to take these hangers out onto our plates. What really upset me at the end was that they also brought out the dessert on one plate for three people. When I told the waiter that I wanted three plates, he didn't understand. Despite that, we got plates. I would like to specially mention the program organizers and waiters at the pool. They are incredibly kind, prepared, and professional. They speak several languages. I have a fun and varied program every day. Overall, we had a very good time, and I hope that there will be changes in the restaurant services.

Q Premium Resort Hotel turned out to be quite a disappointment despite some of its positive aspects. Let’s start with the main shortcomings: for the price paid, it was frustrating to see some staff members escalate problems instead of solving them, even speaking harshly to guests at times. Finding a sunbed was almost impossible — towels were distributed at certain times, but even if we went early in the morning around 7 AM, there were no available spots. The overall system felt very disorganized. Another serious issue was hygiene: due to the pool’s chlorine levels, delayed cleaning, and possibly spoiled food, all of our children became sick, which completely ruined the holiday experience. The beach area was nice, but the hotel rooms were poorly lit, outdated, and in need of maintenance. Parking space was very limited, and on top of that, the hotel charged extra for parking in front of the entrance, which felt unnecessary. On the positive side, the elevator system was better compared to many other hotels. However, entertainment was very limited and repetitive, with little variety in activities or food. The activity schedule wasn’t even provided at check-in — you had to ask for it at the reception, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the seaside location was enjoyable, the lack of organization, poor maintenance, hygiene concerns, and limited services made the stay far below expectations. I will definitely not choose this hotel again, and if you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend thinking twice.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! The restaurant was in a state of awful unsanitary conditions. Plates and glasses were dirty, and there was a constant shortage of cutlery. Guests were forced to search for and collect utensils from other tables themselves. Unsurprisingly, a gastrointestinal virus was spreading throughout the hotel. Our entire family ended up spending most of our vacation in the room, suffering from severe symptoms of food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable – I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
