I had been using the service for about 6 weeks and was satisfied, but a few days before checking out, while moving to a new place, I accidentally left 10 pairs of shoes in a shopping bag. When I returned a few days later, I found out that all the shoes had been thrown away. Despite complaining, they only said they would check into it, but for over a month, there was no apology or any action taken, just blaming the cleaners. It was the worst experience of my life.
