It is an amazing and very wonderful experience with very very nice staff. Every one in the staff well equipped with sufficient knowledge to help you and make you feel you are very special to them. I have no words how to thank them, they deserve more. We have really enjoyed the stay and it was flawless. I want to thank every individual a million times for making us feel like we are a family. So polite so soft spoken and the word NO is not in their dictionary. They are very helpful very generous and their hospitality is a top notch. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel and this will be my favourite family hotel for anytime we visit Jeddah a beautiful city with big HEART. Keep up the good work everyone at Q suites Jeddah. Lobby looks and smells great Rooms werent in the best condition. Cracked walls, smelt smokers near by, decorations werent the best. When we were leaving, one of the elevators had a bad odor. Best thing was the location. It was near everything. Sadly I gave it a 3 star.

I was staying in a suite and there was shortness of supplies only one slipper and no toothbrush or paste ! One of the worst experiences , the rooms aren’t clean i even had hair in my bedding that doesn’t belong to me! also the bathroom floor was filled with hair . The pool area is so dirty and the swimming water is so dusty I didn’t like it and ofc bathrooms and changing room where dirty too . The breakfast is normal but they don’t have many food choices but the bread is extremely stale .
