The supervisor at breakfast time, Mr Kenan, was very hospitable, ensured that everything was organized and payed attention to the smallest details to provide a high standard of service. He made sure all guests were well taken care of.
We have booked 5 rooms and none of the rooms Air condition is working, the helpdesk is of no use, the technician come and say AC will not work yet the helpdesk again and again say in 10 mins they will fix it, whole 2 days the stay at this hotel has beed like this.
I booked 3 nights at this hotel , GUYS IT DOES NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AT ALL I’m sure you will find a problem inside the room like water leaking from the ceiling , some rooms do not have refrigerator. And the smell of the room is disgusting, I should pay half of the price for these kind of rooms Please check the room before you take it, that’s my advice. NOT RECOMMEND
