im not exaggerating this hotel is the best out of the 2 other cities ive been to the hotel its really clean like super clean every 30 mins they clean everything and i noticed it they have alot of activities there bikes and playgrounds food is probably the best aswell alot of halal options if your muslim service is amazing and the hotel is also really massive its like it has its own park really nice if u like walking and enjoying the view i wish i could live there forever also the pool is really big and its 150ft deep which is not bad
The most disgusting hotel I've been to. The air conditioning is not working, when you approach the staff they will tell you that they're working on it. Your only option is to open the windows and find a lot of fly eggs sticking to them. The receptions are rude, and the lake is super duper-dirty. 20 to 30 km away from the Gebele City.
Not recommended at all - Booking not accurate /maybe over booking , ppl were so upset not given their rooms , I was given suite instead of sperate 2 rooms - reception not friendly , especially with gulf countries ppl - Not helpful no body take your bags unless you ask - Rooms are no clean - No iron Available - No enough tissue paper - Breakfast not to standards very limited options and same menu every day , tables are not clean , no tissue no salt or black paper to add on if you want , no one around helping you if need help or asked for tissue .. etc - I have asking cheese omelet every day they said tomorrow!! - The person making the omelet not wearing gloves and it is very hot I saw here taking off her seawt many times by clothes!! - Black coffee the worst ! - staff are not speaking Arabic though most of guest are Arab , even they are not good in English
