Qamea Resort and Spa Fiji

There is nothing not to love about this resort! What really makes it special though are the employees. They made us feel as though we were life long friends (which we now are!). The food is incredible, the activities (paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, hiking) are all wonderful, as is just relaxing and enjoying the beach, pool, or spa! We cannot wait until we can return and visit our new friends again!

The best people! Staff is amazing. Water is clear and beautiful with diving/snorkeling reef just off shore. Fantastic food. Super relaxing. Been there twice because we lived it so much.

Highly recommend this private island resort for a honeymoon or special vacation. We were only one of 3 couples at the time so it felt very isolated and relaxing. The staff is so friendly and you get to know them well. Eddie and Bubba were awesome. It's a van and boat ride from Matei (Taveuni) airport which they arrange (not included in price). The food is very good quality but expensive since they have to boat it in everyday. The snorkeling and diving is amazing here. Activities are good and they make you feel like part of the family. Since it's so isolated, you might get bored if you stay here your whole time (more than a few days) but that's up to you. In late October it rained in the afternoon every day but the mornings were okay. Not a lot of sun but it's the garden island so that's to be expected. We hope to be back at some point!
