Very poor services! we were a very small group of 10 doing buffet but the food was brought in late, they took away the plates yet we had not finished eating so anytime we needed extra plates we had to go and look for them, we kept asking for serviette until we went and just grabbed one from the tables since there was no one on sight.There was no stand by waitress so we kept going back to the hotel to call people. It was not a nice experience.
The service was very slow. The hotel lacked in stock for drinks options, including WATER! The toilets are not clean, and the quality of food, especially their soups definitely need improving. We had requested for butternut soup, instead we got plain salted pumpkin soup.
I had hoped to have my graduation at the facility. We paid a deposit for the booking, only to be told after payment that it was already fully booked, something that should have been disclosed before taking our money. To make matters worse, when we questioned this, the incompetent receptionists, Terryane and her accomplice actually laughed at us. Yes, they laughed, as if it was some kind of joke. It was insulting, humiliating, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or empathy.
