The luxury hotel located in the heart of Beijing's historic Qianmen district is within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions, including Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Excellent location near Hufangqiao metro station for those who want to explore more of Beijing. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with a modern design. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. The hotel has a number of restaurants and bars, as well as a spa and fitness center. There is also a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. Overall, the Jianguo Hotel Qianmen-Beijing is an excellent choice for a luxury hotel in Beijing. It is conveniently located, well-appointed, and offers excellent service. Here are some of the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: Convenient location Beautiful hotel Spacious and well-appointed rooms Friendly and helpful staff Excellent service Number of restaurants and bars Spa and fitness center Rooftop pool with stunning views of the city Cons: Expensive I would recommend the Jianguo Hotel Qianmen-Beijing to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Beijing. It is a great choice for business travelers and tourists alike. Please note that this review is based on my own personal experience and research. Your experience may vary.

Avoid this ancient dilapidated rat-infested (yes - that's right - giant RATS) hotel like the plague. The rooms are terrible with old cracked and peeling decor, no USB wall plugs, no modern toilets, paper thin walls (so you can literally hear EVERYTHING from other rooms), and if you are unlucky to get a front facing room, then nonstop traffic noise. The rear facing rooms have such a dismal view, you'll just keep the curtains shut. The dining room has a giant (over 1 foot long) resident rat. Eat here if you dare. I complained about the rat to the waitress and she just laughed and said "we know and we've been told to deal with it"!, Obviously they have not "dealt with it".
