Located within a shopping district this hotel was a joy to stay at. The buffet breakfast offered a decent spread.
Though it is by hyatt , the hardware needs much improvement. 1. The central aircon/heater is insufficient to heat up the room in winter ( we stayed in Jan). There are limited movable heaters- ours is spoiled and we have to use heat pads. No hotel slippers and floor is icy cold. 2. The breakfast at the 8th floor restaurant has no heater. You have to eat in full winter gear and hot food gets cold in a min. There is no coffee. 3. The bathroom has no door to separate from bedroom and no heater in it. So its icy cold if you use toilet in the night. 4. Despite the poor hardware, the customer service is attentive and helpful.
The absolute worst 4* hotel I’ve ever stayed. U will only get stuck here if u book a tour pretending to be luxury. They changed our room 3x because the oxygen and the AC was not working. It was 29-30 degrees and the hotel staff was arguing that it was working. That’s 85 Fahrenheit for those not understanding Celsius. Would never come back. None of the rooms had it functioning, they speak 0 English and want to blame the room error on the guests.
