I had the misfortune of being booked into this hotel during a work visit and was given room 3388. While the room was comfortable, there was only luke warm water in the shower and handbasin. The carpet in the corridor was badly stained and walls both in the room and the corridor were 'well worn'. I needed laundry done and it clearly stated in the compendium that there was a laundry service, they do not do laundry. Breakfast is Chinese Food, no baked bean, eggs benedict etc. Did have white bread, butter, jam and honey. Coffee is from a machine and contains sugar. The welcome message from the GM extolling the 'excellent service at any time' did not actually occur. I would not recommend this hotel to Westerners.
