This is probably the worst 5 star hotel I ever experienced in China. They lost our booking information, and it turns out they give our room to another person. While we still managed to get a room in the hotel, we realized there is no wifi. We later found out that wifi can only be activated only when THE TV IS ON. So you can't use wifi when TV is off because the wifi is the TV hotspot. Also we can't change the temperature in the room. It's 28 degrees outside in April and the air conditioner mode is set to HEAT. So naturally we want to get ice water for tomorrow's trip and WOW. We found out THERE IS NO FRIDGE in our room. What a disappointment.
