Qosmo Brasov Hotel

Excellent service! Room was impeccable, the customer service was more than excellent. Location was good enough. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they kindly helped me to print some paperwork I needed asap. Breakfast menu was delicious! I would return to this hotel on my own if I come back.

Beautiful hotel in a newer area, the rooms are elegant, the water pressure is to be mentioned... a joy to shower. The staff was very friendly although we visited with a rather large group of approximately 160 people. Breakfast was plenty of choices, coffee was one of the best and the staff was very efficient. The bar was convenient and stayed open pretty much all day into the late night. Across the street from the mall, which has everything for food and shopping, cannot get any better than this. On the same side and in front of the hotel, a path for walking through the neighborhood is 1.5 km back and forth with modern restaurants, stake house, coffee shops and much more Will revisit ASAP

My recent stay at Hotel Qosmo in Brașov was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. It's clear they take great pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for their guests. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I interacted with, from the reception desk to the restaurant team, was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and to top it off, the cocktails were expertly crafted and very good – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Brașov.
