I am a frequent traveller and this is hands-down one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Location-wise, it is perfect for exploring Paulista and the surrounding areas and feels safe. The breakfast is well stocked and the facilities (gym and pool) are good. The library was stunning, perfect for quiet work. But what set this hotel apart was the staff and the personal touches made throughout my stay - the staff were so friendly and happy to help and the little notes/chocolates left by housekeeping was just so cute! I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Qoya!
I was traveling across Brazil with my mom and girlfriend on a family tour, and Qoya São Paulo was one of our main stops. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, with everything you'd expect… but what you don’t expect, and what truly made the difference, was the outstanding service from the front desk staff — especially Rodrigo and Fabiano. I had made a mistake in my reservation: I booked a suite thinking it had a separate bedroom and living space to sleep in. We arrived exhausted from a long flight, dragging enough luggage for a diplomatic mission. Rodrigo welcomed us warmly and instantly helped us with all the bags. Before I even brought up the issue, they were already anticipating that something might not work. Once we got to the room and saw it only had one bed, I double-checked my booking and realized the mistake was mine. When I went back to the front desk, Fabiano was already looking for solutions before I said anything. I told him I’d prefer to switch to two regular rooms, even if it meant giving up the suite and paying the difference — any solution would do. Without hesitation, Fabiano got to work and found a great setup for us in less than two minutes. Meanwhile, Rodrigo —without being asked and before anything was finalized — went back upstairs and started reloading all our bags with the same smile and attitude as before. That kind of anticipation and coordination is rare. You can tell there’s trust, communication, and a real commitment to guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the best front desk experience I’ve ever had. If you're thinking of staying in this area of São Paulo, do it. The hotel is amazing, but the people make it extraordinary. And as long as Rodrigo and Fabiano are working there, you’re in good hands. Look for them. Thank them. They deserve the raise and recognition of the century.
Beautiful hotel! Idk why is only 4 stars it definitely deserves 5! I’ve been in 5 stars that don’t even get close to this hotel! Breakfast is amazing, the pool is great! Also everyone that works there, concierge, valets, receptionists all done a great job good job!
