Qt Perth

I really enjoyed our quick stay. One night with a special $40 credit towards food. Beautiful big bathtub. I love the decor in the room. The light fittings are super funky. The music in the entrance is super funky and the bar upstairs is lovely. Albeit a bit expensive. Fabulous location for easy walking to everything.

We were hesitant staying here for two nights while in Perth because of the reviews and some of the tone of the hotel’s public responses came off quite condescending and unprofessional, but I must say it was excellent. I don’t see the issues with the bathroom as there are sliding doors. Check in and check out was easy, location very convenient (albeit probably not the nicest part of town), breakfast was good and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. Our view was towards the road, which was fine. The gym was also well equipped with great new machines.

Steer clear from this place - they made me get changed in toilets!!! One of the worst experience of my life, after checking out I came back to pick up my bag early afternoon. I was advised by the receptionist that changing rooms were available on 1st floor. Turns out there are only tiny toilets there, after checking for disabled toilet alternatives (given more space to get changed) I was rudely told by a staff that they don’t have access keys to these and have only the options to get changed in the toilets. Worst client service I ever experience for a supposedly decent hotel. In addition: 1) disgusting view 2) some of the cheapest and most horrible pillows I ever head 3) gym looks more like a cell than anything else 4) awful music taste and disturbingly loud volumes in most rooms / elevators
