A great location with a beyond amazing view. We got to enjoy lakeside views every morning while we ate an amazing breakfast. I recommend adding the breakfast on to your stay. The rooms are comfortable with a phone streaming option available. This was especially nice in the winter since it gets dark so early. The staff is beyond lovely and helpful. A nice touch is the cocktail hour and the coffee hour. It provided a great atmosphere to staying here. I would definitely recommend on your stay in Queenstown!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed!! It was superb in every way! Most elegant and classy room with view! Picture perfect. The bathroom and the room were stunning! Service excellent and the breakfast was a dream - they make sure to spoil you! We loved this luxurious hotel. Spotless clean.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mitch, who picked us up from the airport in a sleek Range Rover—what a stylish way to start our stay! Equally professional was Brad, who ensured we got back to the airport smoothly and on time. During our stay, Bruno safely chauffeured us to a local winery, and his relaxed manner made the journey even more enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Nicole was consistently super helpful, always ready with a friendly smile and local tips. A special mention goes to the stunning blonde lady whose name I didn’t catch—she was there every morning with a warm coffee and an even warmer welcome, which became a lovely ritual. Our Lake View King Room was simply stunning. The view over Lake Wakatipu took our breath away every single day. The decor was perfectly themed—modern, quirky, and full of character, just what QT does best. As a cleaning business owner, I have particularly high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and I was genuinely impressed by the housekeeping team. Every detail was immaculate, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. QT Queenstown exceeded all our expectations. It's rare to find a place that gets everything right—from service to style, comfort to cleanliness. We can't wait to return!
