Very convenient location to Faria Lima , staff is friendly. Cafe is good, breakfast included. Elevators sometimes have issues.
I enjoyed my stay there. Check out the espresso machine at the reception!
This is a nice property, modern, reasonably priced. But one word of warning: when you arrive for check-in, you should make sure that you are attended to by one of the nice professional female staff, or by the wonderful male employee ELI, who is so friendly and helpful - and you should AVOID a front-desk employee named Rodrigo. He will give you the exact OPPOSITE kind of room that you request. He will even complain about why he will not give you the room you desire. And if you sit in the lobby to work, odds are you can catch Rodrigo sleeping behind the computer at the front desk. The breakfast is pretty nice, with a good selection, and you can get a nice, inexpensive dinner if you like, delivered even to. your room, by friendly employees.
