Quality Hotel 11

Stayed for 4 nights, and we were very happy. The rooms are really large, and though a little basic and dated, they are clean and comfortable. We were travelling with a dog, and the hotel is very pet friendly, even having a Dog Station in the lobby with snacks and fresh water always available. You may have to book a time slot for breakfast, but that's just sensible given the size of the hotel, and the breakfast selection is what you would expect from a Strawberry hotel, it is varied, plentiful, fresh and the staff take excellent care of you. The hotel only offers room cleaning when requesting, I think this is excellent! Cleaning, changing towels etc every day is really not needed, and is very wasteful. They have a nice little bar in the reception where you can get a drink if you want, and some snacks. There is also a shuffleboard and pool table, and plenty of seating in the common areas. The location at Eriksberg is really nice, the whole neighbourhood is very modern and is a great place to explore. It's out of the noise of the city center, but there are many busses and a ferry that leaves outside the hotel, that can get you downtown in about 20 minutes. The staff really go out of their way to be of help, absolute stars.

We checked in the hotel The hotel is basically made for a business visits and the rooms is not that fancy they don’t have a kettle inside it they don’t have a telephone no coffee so basically it’s just a basic room with a view for a business trip for two days We spent like five nights the reception was extremely helpful and friendly and they were smile A special thing for the lady on the breakfast in the morning she was a very helpful welcoming and always smiles in the morning and thank you for teaching us some Swedish words 😊

Positive: Overall okay. - Rooms are large, - Breakfast is good and plenty to eat. - Receptionists are nice. - The view is very nice. - Commons are nicely equipped: sauna, hot tub, sports equipment, billard table... Negative points: - Rooms are not cleaned every day by default, you have to ask. - When cleaning, they only change towels (my god they don't know how to count, we had a room for 4, only 2 towels every time), empty trash and make the beds, they don't clean the floors nor the bathroom (for exemple the don't remove hair from the sink). This is really the main problem as it is not worthy of a 4-star hotel, even basic Ibis hotels clean the room thoroughly. - The shower is pretty good, though it leaks. - The room lacks basic commodities: no safe, no kettle, no cooling A/C (only outdoor air temp or heat), no phone to join the reception. - Ceilings have mold spots...
