Quality Hotel Grand Boras

Stayed at Quality Hotel Grand in Borås and had a great experience. The rooms were newly renovated and looked fantastic - clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was very comfy, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast buffet was a highlight: great selection and everything fresh. Service throughout the stay was friendly and professional. The hotel is also in a great central location, which made it easy to get around. The only downside was the limited parking, which needs to be reserved in advance - something to keep in mind. Overall, a great stay and would happily return!

If you lucky to get freshly refurbished room your stay can be very nice

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the hotel itself is nice, the room left much to be desired, especially given the Quality name. There were no electric plugs near the bed to charge my phone, which was quite inconvenient. In fact, I couldn't find any plugs in the room or the bathroom and ended up charging my phone in the wardrobe! Additionally, the dimmer lights by the bedside didn't have dimmer bulbs, which was quite surprising and a bit frustrating 😅. On the positive side, the gym and sauna facilities were excellent, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and fancy, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Overall, a decent stay but the room amenities need improvement to match the hotel's overall quality.
