Quality Hotel Green Palace

The hotel is in need of a major renovation. Rooms were unappealing and dated. My granddaughter's bed broke; the remote control did not work. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. Their favorite word is NO. Possibly because we were with a group, we were treated extremely poorly. I tried to buy breakfast and was told that I could not; the food was for other guests. I asked for coffee, was told it would not be available. Luckily, someone from our group found a cafe across the street that was absolutely delightful. For anyone thinking about booking this hotel, I would advise you to consider other options!

Yeah, I think I'll choose another Hotel the next time I plan to visit Rome. (Check the photos I posted: a small bed with no slates and holes) Our booking of 3 beds became 3 beds in the same room, did I mention the third bed is 4 star rated ? Rusted bathroom, shower goes randomly from the set temp to scalding hot, then freezing cold, small rooms, terrible breakfast, AC didn't work, windows aren't sealed properly so you can hear every car that drives by
